Clip Scholar helps authorized creators turn their own educational YouTube lectures into short vertical videos and publish them to TikTok through TikTok's official developer APIs.

The app downloads creator-provided lecture URLs, generates short MP4 clips, and lets the authorized TikTok account upload drafts or direct posts according to the permissions granted during login.
